RETAIL DIVISION
UFCW Local 431 represents over 148 retail workers in 4 locations. Our members work in grocery stores and bakeries. We represent clerks, meat & deli workers.

MISCELLANEOUS
UFCW Local 431 represents over 462 workers in 7 facilities. Our members work in service organizations, warehouses, cafeterias, child & family development, and city maintenance.

BARBERS
UFCW Local 431 represents a number of barbers & cosmetologists in Iowa & Illinois.

Divisions Represented

MEAT PACKING DIVISION
UFCW Local 431 represents over 5,500 meat packing & processing workers in 6 facilities. Our members work in pork packing, casings, and gelatin production. 

HEALTH CARE DIVISION
UFCW Local 431 represents over 1,630 health care workers at 13 facilities. Our members work in hospitals, doctors' clinics, intermediate care facilites, and nursing care facilities. We represent RN's, LPN's, CNA's, and service workers.

MANUFACTURING DIVISION
UFCW Local 431 represents over 585 manufacturing workers at 9 facilities. Our members work in soybean processing, sports clothing manufacturing, rendering, egg kindling, bottling, plastic manufacturing.
